Our line of stationary awnings is assembled with an all anodized fixed aluminum frame, providing a corrosion-resistant, virtually maintenance-free system that will not oxidize or rust. The fixed frame design keeps the fabric taught, ensuring durability and attractiveness for many years. These awnings can be manufactured in widths up to 16’ and with projections up to 36”. The valance on the awning can be made straight or wave in style. With a variety of frame and fabric designs to choose from, stationary awnings will suit homes ranging from traditional to modern styling.

FAQs
What type of frame do you use for your fixed awnings?
Anodized aluminum is used on all our stationary awning frames. The frame is constructed to be fixed and not retractable. In doing so, the fabric remains taut and allows the awning to handle our winter climate.
How do I clean my awning?
Using a garden hose, spray the top of the fabric to remove dust and pollen. If required, mild detergents such as Dawn or Sunlight can be used to treat more stubborn spots. Rinse off all soap residue and let the fabric air dry.
My awnings are over 12 years old. Can I have new fabric installed?
Yes, new fabric can be installed on the existing frame. We provide you with our wide selection of fabric options and the frame is temporarily removed to be re-covered.
Can I have graphics put on my awning?
Yes, graphics can be applied to acrylic fabric. We use a state of the art 3M graphics machine which permanently bonds graphics to the fabric, unlike screened or stenciled on graphics.

Installation Process
Detailed Measuring
A site visit is performed by our lead sales technician. Following a conversation with the client, detailed measurements are taken as all our products are custom manufactured to our clients specifications. A quotation is provided, with frame and fabric samples available for review and selection right on site.
Area Preparation & Installation
Upon arrival, our technicians will discuss the installation process with you, ensuring you are comfortable with every step. The technicians will safely move any furniture from the main working area and will replace the furniture to it’s original location once installation is complete. The installation will last approximately 2-4 hours.
Support
A thorough explanation of the awning will follow, with an opportunity for any questions to be answered. Rest assured that a detailed information sheet, including contact information, will be left with you for future reference and ongoing customer support.
